Water not only helps with cravings and feeling full, but it is essential for good health. If you find yourself not in the mood for drinking tons of water, you can always infuse some fresh fruit or cucumbers to add another dimension to the water. The more water you drink the better you will feel.
6. Go Big for Breakfast
Even if you are trying to cut calories and reduce the amount you eat, try not to take too much from breakfast. Studies have shown that dieters that ate a hearty breakfast with something sweet lost more weight than dieters who had a small breakfast but consumed the same amount of calories each day. Therefore indulge yourself a little in the mornings and you are more likely to feel satisfied, have more energy and say no to dessert after dinner.
