3) Plan Your Workouts
Whether you are going to the gym, working out at home or just going for a run, schedule it. Put it in your planner, think about what you have to do to get there or get started. Think about the days you are going to work out, what time, how you will make that time available and what you are going to do for that workout. Putting a very detailed plan in place makes it easier to stick to. That way when you’re tired or not in the mood, all the planning has already been done.
4) Pack it Up
If you are going to the gym or even working out at home, get everything you need in a gym bag. This way you know you have a clean set of clothes, gear and even a water bottle ready to go. You don’t want to use the fact that you don’t have a clean bra or can’t find your equipment to prevent you from getting to your workout.
