Do you love to drink Coca-Cola, pepsi, ice tea and juice? If you do, then you should start cutting down on those sugary drinks now. Do you know how unhealthy they are? Even juice for example, especially store bought ones contains many many unhealthy substances. You may not see it and it may not tell you on the package, but most of the juice in fruit juices brought in stores are artificial flavouring. It may taste like the actual fruit but it is all fake and man made. In addition, high levels of sugar are added in fruit juices so that it tastes good. Even if the juice was made from real fruit juice, lots of sugar will be added so that it doesn’t taste sour or bitter which is the case for most fruit juices. Pop drinks such as Coca-Cola and pepsi contain the greatest amounts of sugar and are the worst drinks for your health. Nothing in pop drinks are natural and healthy. They are simply made by sugar, carbon dioxide and a bit of water and lots of artificial flavouring. It has being scientifically proven that pop drinks break down bones and weakens your bones. Therefore, as you grow older, your bones will get weaker and weaker and you will not even be able to stand up on your own. Pop drinks also include ice tea. Do you know ice tea is made? It is simply sugar and water with as two to one ratio. They take chunks of sugar and smash it into smaller powder. Then, they just simply add water and there you have, the so called ice tea.

People all around the world love to drink these types of drinks. However, it is important to understand that these drinks cannot replace water and can never replace water. Water does not contain any sugar or unhealthy substances. It is extremely healthy for your body. On the other hand, pop drinks and juices cause many health issues as you grow older. Remember that you have to drink at least seven glasses of water each day, and that doesn’t mean seven glasses of juice and pop. At most, you can drink three bottles of pop each weeks with alternating weeks. Remember if you want to stay healthy in the future, it is important to cut down on those sugary pop drinks.
